Caleb and I met when we were fourteen at our church's summer camp. I spent the whole camp hanging out with my brother, Jeremiah just to try and get closer to Caleb since they were friends. I had a massive crush on him and wrote him a letter due to my camp counselor telling all the girls we had to write the boys a letter. I told him how funny I thought he was. Caleb, being a middle school boy didn't realize what i meant and instead made fun of my letter in his own form of flirting, safe to say nothing came from that. Over the next couple of years through highschool with me being homeschooled and him going to private school we only saw eachother once every couple of months when he would come to sunday night youth group. 

In the second semester of my junior year I ended up going to the same private school caleb and my brother went to. We didn't talk much until the end of my senior year. When we both went to prom with different people. I went to prom with one of our mutual friends and now a groomsman, Edmund. He went with a random girl in his class, and we all went together in a big group with Jeremiah and Cailey (his best man and one of my bridesmaids). After prom, we talked and spent time with eachother every single day until I had Edmund corner Caleb and ask him if he liked me too. Of course he did and he told me how he felt on May 4th, 2023 at lake mayer and we became boyfriend and girlfriend. 

On December 2nd, 2023 Caleb asked me to be his wife. I had had a long day at work and complained to Caleb that it was a terrible day and that nothing could fix it. Caleb assured me that it would turn around and be a great day. I obviously didn't believe him, and said he was crazy. Little did I know it would be a great day. He hid behind my car in the parking lot where I wouldn't see him and he also had his mother hide in her car to film the whole thing. He left a dozen red roses and my favorite chocolate in my passenger seat for me to find. I finally got off about ten minutes late and walked out to my car without noticing him hiding in the other side. Once I had gotten into my car he snuck around to my door got on his knee and proposed to me. Of course I said yes. 

Since We started dating Caleb and I have been inseparable. We knew we wanted to start our life together as soon as possible. Less than one month after he graduated highschool, caleb began working full time at gulfstream. I have been working at a daycare and will continue to do so. We are so excited for this next part of our life together and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone we love.
