Are the ceremony and reception happening at the same place?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Kingdom of the Hawk Vineyard.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire or better! Think dressy, festive, and ready to celebrate in style. Feel free to embrace colors and patterns—and keep in mind the vineyard setting when choosing your shoes ladies!
Do I get a plus one/can I bring my children?
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we unfortunately are not able to accommodate additional guests or children unless they are specifically included on your invitation. Thanks for your understanding!
Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes! As long as weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors, as well as cocktail hour.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP on our website before July 26, 2026.
What time should I arrive?
Arriving to Kingdom of the Hawk Vineyard no later than 4:15 will give proper time to get settled before the ceremony begins.
Will there be a shuttle? Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there will be a shuttle going to and from the Hilton Mystic (leaving the hotel at 3:30pm, leaving the venue at 10:00pm) as well as ample parking at Kingdom of the Hawk Vineyard.
If I drive to the venue, can I leave my car to take the bus back for the after party?
Yes, cars can be left overnight at Kingdom of the Hawk Vineyard. There is a wedding there the following day so please be timely about picking it up.
