I first met Kelsey when I was 13. She had just gotten married and moved to my church. Kelsey has always been nothing but a blessing to my life. One of the things I love about Kelsey is that she is so thoughtful. I remember she bought me my first purse and hair clips. I used that purse every day for like 2 years straight until it fell apart. I always looked up to her and admired the way she dressed & carried herself. Kelsey has seen some of my worst and best seasons of life and has been a constant bright light. She stepped into my life and became a big sister to me. I’m so excited to plan with her and have her by my side on the big day!

I’ve known jaci since the day I was born. She is my aunt who is really more like a sister. She has always been there for me and we’ve shared some of the best memories together. Jaci has always been packed full of adventure. Growing up with her was so much fun and every day was a new spontaneous adventure. She taught me how to get out of my shell and make new friendships. Anybody who knows Jaci knows that she is giving. She often paid for my meals out of the blue and would buy me gifts for no specific occasion. We made a pact when we were younger to be each other’s Maid of Honor. I can’t believe the time has finally come and I can’t wait to go through this season with her by my side!

I first met Miyah when she and her family started visiting our church. We instantly clicked and became really close friends. It was like we knew each other our whole lives. Now she’s like family and we don’t go more than 48 hours without seeing each other. I’ve probably burned thousands of calories just by laughing whenever I’m with her, which is good because she always insists on getting a sweet treat at the end of each day. One of my favorite qualities is her boldness. She is not scared of what she thinks and she thinks out loud. Sometimes this is the cause of intense laughter, but overall she has taught me to be who I am, unapologetically. I love Miyah and I’m so thankful to have her in my life!

I met Isis during my freshman year at CLC. She was a roommate in one of my good friend’s rooms. I was always in their room. We started to get close towards the end of the first semester. Isis and I are the definition of opposites, but that’s literally what makes our bond so special. I love having a quiet, gentle friend to balance my loud and crazy personality. She was like a big sister to me. I’ve shared a lot of my best memories at CLC with her. Even though we don’t see each other as often as we used to, Isis always holds such a special place in my heart!

I first met Unique in my Piano 2 class at CLC. My first impression of her was, “Man.. this girl is extremely quiet and mysterious- she dresses so cute.” One day, Alex and I were hanging out on campus. He randomly mentioned that his brother goes to school with us, I didn’t believe him so he looked around and pointed at some guy in the distance and was like “That’s my brother right there”. Alex is a tall head… the guy he pointed at was a short blonde curly head. I REALLY didn’t believe him then, so he called out to him and he started to walk over with that cute quiet girl from my piano class, to confirm that he and Alex are brothers. Turns out, Unique and Alex’s brother Dylan were dating, now they are married. It also turns out that Unique isn’t as quiet as I thought she was, and I have so much fun whenever she’s around! I’m so excited to gain her as a sister-in-law!

When I first met Alex’s family, I had met everyone besides his sister Jubilee. Eventually, Alex and I started dating and 2 months later, I met Jubilee for the first time. We took her out with us to Laguna Beach and many odd occurrences took place.. one to mention was that she got stung by a bee for the first time. I was freaking out because we didn’t know if she was allergic or not and I was so scared that she was going to die. She was fine.. thank the Lord, but we immediately formed a trauma bond. LOL. Jubilee feels like a little sister that I love so much. We have a lot in common and share similar interests. When we're together, we enjoy finding new cafes. I love Jubilee because we can spend all day walking around malls or thrift stores without her complaining she's bored. We’ve had so much fun hanging out and have developed a great amount of inside jokes. I’m so excited to gain her as a sister-in-law!

I’ve known Julie since we were in diapers. We grew up together in the same Sunday school classes and youth group. She has always been such a genuine individual. She is who she is, no matter where she is. We've shared plenty of awkward teen bloopers at youth camps that will never be erased from our memories. Julie is such a kind, caring soul who has an iconic sense of humor and I'm so glad that God put us in the same place, at the same time. It feels like it was yesterday that we were little awkward teens stressed out about making friends at junior camp and now here we are growing up and entering into new chapters of life!

My friendship with Ben has no official beginning. Ben has always gone to my church, and naturally, we became easy friends over time. The older we got, the closer we became. Ben quickly took the place of best friend in my life and it has stayed that way ever since. Ben and I always found ways to have an adventure. Anywhere we went together, we were sure to find something to do. We went from walking everywhere, to biking, to driving. We shared many hobbies and despite his competitive nature, we have remained friends through thick and thin. I had told Ben long before I was to be married that he would be my best man, and that day has finally come. I'm grateful to have him standing by my side on my special day.

Zach has been to me one of those friends you know you will always be friends with. Zach holds the place in my life of armor bearer and accountability partner. Throughout my journey with God, Zach has been there to pray and study with me. I could always count on Zach to talk to me when I was going through it. As iron sharpens iron, Zach has sharpened me and has helped me to become the man I am today.

Gabriel Meeks, AKA, Brother Meeks was my best friend from my CLC season. Brother Meeks was there as a voice of consolation and wisdom when times were stressful. We both maintained that connection till the end of my time there and stayed friends afterward. Im glad that he gets to stand up there with me as a groomsman.

I know we don't look a lot alike, but yes, Dylan is my brother. Growing up fighting like normal brothers, and becoming friends later on in life. I'm glad I have a good relationship with Dylan. Hitting this milestone is life is surreal, following in his footsteps of marriage. Years ago as kids, this day was just a distant idea but now it's real. Now that we have grown up I'm glad He is here to be a part of my wedding.

Elisha to me felt like he was my brother before I knew he was going to be my actual brother in law. Im glad that our connection has been a good one so far. I wanted Elisha to be a part of my wedding as a groomsman for many more reasons than that. I really appreciate our friendship and hope I get to hang out more with him more being an official member of the family.

Jaden is the newest connection on my panel of gentlemen. Jaden became a quick friend once I moved to Hanford and needed to make new connections. It takes some time for him to warm up to you but once he does he's a good and loyal friend. I appreciate his chilness and motivation. Thanks for being in my wedding homie.
