Jake and Jaylee’s story began in seventh grade, when Jaylee transferred to Lake Cormorant Middle School and ended up in the same math class as Jake. What started as a friendship quickly blossomed into something more, and by eighth grade in 2013, they officially became a couple. Over the years, they’ve grown up side by side—navigating high school, early adulthood, and building a life together, all while falling deeper in love.

On November 2, 2024, after many years of Jaylee patiently waiting — as she would say — Jake finally proposed during a picnic in Nashville. When he asked for her hand in marriage, Jaylee’s answer was an immediate and enthusiastic, “ARE YOU SERIOUS? YES, OF COURSE!”

Now, after twelve wonderful years filled with laughter, love, and adventure, they are beyond excited to begin their next chapter as husband and wife. Jake and Jaylee are so grateful to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by family and friends, and can’t wait to share this special moment with you on October 26, 2025!
