Maple Grove Guest House
A beautiful, 21 acre horse farm with private hiking trails, volleyball court, horse shoe pitch, a kid's playground, a secluded creek and so much more. Escape and relax at Maple Grove Guest House with family and friends. Family and guests really get a chance to relax and mingle with relatives they haven't seen in awhile in this laid back atmosphere over a game of bocce and around the fire pit area.
We are located 3 minutes from the Cowichan District Hospital and Queen Margarets School.

The venue offers free tent and trailer sites for those guests who don't want to travel far at the end of the night! Tent City is where kids and families can set up their tents under the cover of the forest and the field next to it offers lots of room for guests to park their own trailer or RV. Guests can also rent an RV and pick it up or have it delivered to the site before their arrival. There is a small facility onsite with washrooms and a vanity mirror, as well as an outdoor (but still well covered) shower for those who need it!
You are more then welcome to bring your own trailer or RV but if you would rather rent one and even have it delivered you can check usedcowichan.com for rentals, we also have a few reserved if you let us know early enough!
*If you rent a unit for the weekend and let us know ahead of time then we are able to get you into the site on the 2nd @ 3pm, all guests must pack up and exit the site by 12:30pm on the 4th.
**If you are going to camp for one night please make sure you arrive early on Saturday morning as the gates down to the camp site will close at noon.
The DJ and the bar shut down at midnight but for those not ready to pack it in, we can sit around the fire and wind down. We encourage anyone who is musical to bring their instrument for some soft tunes while we roast late night marshmallows!

Directions from the Cowichan Valley Hwy/BC - 18 W:
- Turn left onto Tansor Rd (drive 850m)
- Turn right onto Cowichan Lake Rd (drive 1.4km)
- Turn left onto Menzies Rd (drive 1.6km)
- Turn left onto Gibbins Rd (drive 1,3km)
- The entrance to Maple Grove Guest House will be on your right!
Ramada Duncan Cowichan Valley
For those that would prefer to stay in a hotel the Ramada Duncan Cowichan Valley is only a 13 minute drive from the venue.
This hotel is pet friendly, has an onsite restaurant, wifi, and free parking included among the amenities offered. There is also a shuttle available from the hotel that will take you to many of the local attractions!
There are Standard 1 King and 2 Queen rooms blocked at $103.84 and $108.24 respectively under the Cross/Sutherland wedding until April 3rd.
Bed & Breakfast
For an extra warm and friendly experience, guests can choose their own B&B at staycowichan.com! There are several options in Duncan for B&B's, there is even a ranch house available for an extra fun experience!
