Our story began in 2020, right in the thick of the pandemic. We met online, and after a month of snap-chatting, Dan finally worked up the nerve to ask Jaymie on a date. He picked her up in his red truck and took her to Captain Mike’s for build-your-own burgers where Jaymie talked the entire time and Dan said maybe 4 words? Jaymie learned very quickly Dan is a quiet man.

Since then they’ve shared countless memories: cooking together, meeting each other’s friends and families, boating on Paddock Lake, hangouts at the bunker, and late-night trips to Drifters. The Biers were even nice enough to open their home to Jaymie Christmas of 2022 as everyone had covid and she was unable to go home.

Dan took Jaymie on her first flight in a small (very small) airplane and Dan probably regrets not asking if Jaymie had a history of motion sickness, because she does, and it hasn't gone away. It's okay, they worked through it and Jaymie is now the best co-pilot and always brings the best snacks.

As time went on, their adventures got even bigger. with Dan flying them to places like Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, and Cape Cod, where he proposed in July 2024. Now, they can’t wait to start this new chapter as husband and wife. Thank you for being here to celebrate their journey—because really, this is just the beginning!
