Q: Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

All events will be indoors, except for the wedding, which will be held outdoors.

Q: What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event to ensure everyone is on time and to allow us to start the events as scheduled.

Q: Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes, we have reserved rooms at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Hampton Inn Cedar Park North Austin. Please check the Travel & Hotel section for more details. Reservations must be made before the cutoff date of September 1st to secure the discounted room rates.

Q: Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Due to time restraints, transportation will not be provided. However, if you need assistance with transportation or have any special requests, please contact Mayurbhai Patel in advance at 908-560-0600.

Q: Can I take and post pictures of the events on social media?

We request that guests do not post pictures or videos of the events on social media.

Q: What will the weather be like?

Average temperatures in Austin range from 50°F to 75°F. Most events will be indoors, except for the wedding.

Q: Will there be drop off/pickup to and from the airport?

Ground transportation from the airport is not provided at this time. However, arrangements can be made if necessary. Guests should contact Mayurbhai Patel at 908-560-0600 or Jagdishbhai Patel at 732-762-9478 well in advance to make any special arrangements.
