Our story began in 2021 with a swipe on Tinder. Zack had just returned from South Korea, and I was still in college, navigating school and life. After a couple of weeks of talking, we made plans for our first date — but the timing wasn’t quite right, and I ended up having to cancel. Still, I never deleted his number.

A few months after Zack got back from Romania, I reached back out… only to find out he was unavailable (the audacity, right?). But the universe- and God- clearly wasn’t done with us. In May of 2022, after some subtle TikTok likes on my end, he finally caught on — and two weeks later, we had our first date at Topgolf. Our second date was a hike, where we opened up and laid everything on the table. That day, we realized just how much we had in common — especially our values and vision for the future. The more we learned about each, we fell in love even more every single day.

Most importantly, I want to thank Jesus for allowing me to find love with a man who is kind, gentle, patient, and caring — someone whose heart reflects the love that God calls us to in marriage. I am truly blessed to have found someone who embodies the qualities of love and respect that are so central to a Christ-centered relationship. As the Bible says in Ephesians 5:25:“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her.” I feel incredibly fortunate to marry a man who shows me that kind of love every day.

Now, we are beyond excited to spend forever with each other. We’re so grateful for the love and support around us, and we can’t wait to celebrate this special chapter with all of you. It means the world to have everyone we love in one room — we’re counting down the days!

Nuestra historia comenzó en 2021 con un desliz en Tinder. Zack acababa de regresar de Rumania y yo aún estaba en la universidad. Después de hablar por un par de semanas, planeamos nuestra primera cita, pero tuve que cancelarla. A pesar de eso, nunca borré su número.

Meses después, lo contacté de nuevo y, aunque estaba ocupado, en mayo de 2022, tras algunos "me gusta" en TikTok, finalmente lo notó. Dos semanas después, tuvimos nuestra primera cita en Topgolf y luego una caminata donde nos abrimos y compartimos nuestros valores y sueños. Cuanto más nos conocíamos, más nos enamorábamos cada día.

Lo más importante, quiero agradecer a Jesús por traerme un hombre tan amable, paciente y amoroso, cuyo corazón refleja el amor que Dios nos llama a vivir en el matrimonio. Me siento bendecida de haber encontrado a alguien que muestra ese tipo de amor cada día. Como dice Efesios 5:25: “Maridos, amad a vuestras mujeres, así como Cristo amó a la iglesia.”

Estoy emocionada de pasar mi vida con mi mejor amigo. No podemos esperar para celebrar con todos ustedes. ¡Estamos contando los días!
