Our Wedding

How our story started is more of a marathon than a sprint. We both had struggled to date after Covid so both of us had looked to online dating. We started talking after matching on Bumble in early 2020. After texting for 2 months Kevin let me know he would be deployed to Africa with the National Guard. When he initially told me that I assumed that was his excuse to ghost me lol. After another a few months of texting and the time change with Africa, our text's had fizzled out. Luckily on New Years Day (New Years Eve for me) Kevin decided to reach out again and wish me a Happy New Year. We continued to talk until he got back to the States in April. We finally had our first date in May at the Green Door with a couple beers. Needless to say a first date was long over due! Over the past 3 years we had been through many adventures and some trials. We ended up having two pups to take care of and chose to move back to Eyota to start our life. On October 6th, 2024 Kevin asked me to marry him. And how could I say anything other than YES! We are so excited to share our special day with each and everyone of you. You all have made an impact on our relationship at some point and we can't wait to celebrate that! Cheers to the Carlson's!
