This block will be held until May 15, at which point they will be opened to the general public. If this is somewhere that you are interested in staying, we recommend reserving a space soon.

We are so pleased you are able to join us to celebrate our wedding.&nbsp;The area around Roaring Gap has become a second home to us and we wanted to share with you some of our favorite activities and destinations that you might enjoy as well while you are here. Olde Beau Golf Club and Resort will be the site of the ceremony.&nbsp;It offers some of the most beautiful and challenging golf around and we invite you to enjoy the course while you are here.&nbsp;Tee times are available at https://www.oldebeauresort.com/.&nbsp;Olde Beau also offers some scenic hiking trails and other amenities. The reception will be held at Coley Hall in downtown Elkin (https://coleyhall.com/).&nbsp;Coley Hall is also the location of the Angry Troll (https://elkin.angrytrollbrewing.com/) that offers good pub food and locally brewed beers.&nbsp;We will be offering shuttle service from the ceremony to and from the reception. Elkin has a quaint downtown with several shops, restaurants, and bars.&nbsp;Some of our favorites are the Southern on Main (https://www.southernonmain.com/), Fruition Cocktail Bar, and the Elkin Rail Yard (https://elkinrailyard.com/). The Yadkin Valley has several interesting wineries, and some include wonderful restaurants as well. North of Olde Beau is the town of Sparta.&nbsp;Sparta has a walkable downtown with several local artists having stores and studios.&nbsp;Our favorite restaurants there include Muddy Creek Café &amp; Music Hall (https://www.muddycreekcafeandmusichall.com/) and the Main Street Pizzeria and Tap House (https://www.spartapizzeria.com/). Additionally, Laconia Ale Works (https://laconiaaleworks.com/) brews local beers, and The Cellar on Evergreen (https://www.thecellaronevergreen.com/) is a new wine bar that also offers light food and entertainment. Nearby is also Stone Mountain State Park (https://www.ncparks.gov/park-features/stone-mountain-state-park), which offers hiking and scenic drives.&nbsp;Another interesting city to explore nearby is Mt.
