It all started in the summer of 2023 in Houston, Texas. Jeanne was on summer break from university, when fate (and a little modern technology) brought her and Landon together. After matching on Bumble, Jeanne sent the first message, only to wait four whole days for Landon’s reply. Once he finally responded, the conversation was effortless, leading to their first date—at Ambrizza's. From there, their relationship quickly blossomed over a series of dates that became their little traditions: coffee dates, lunch outings, bar nights and late night drives through the city. As summer ended, Jeanne returned to university, and they began on a long-distance journey. Despite the miles between them, they found ways to stay connected—through bad connection whatsapp calls, emails, short visits, they counted down the days until they could be together again. Every moment apart only reinforced what they had already begun to realize: they had found something special! Now, as they prepare to say “I do,” they’re excited to celebrate their love story with the people who have supported them along the way. Their journey may have started with a delayed message, but it’s leading to a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure.
