Jonathan & Jeff initially met at Classic BMW of Plano and found out that they went to the same high school but never met there. Later Jon and Jeff joined the same community group at Watermark. Jon became a regular source of counsel and accountability for Jeff. Jon was diligent in calling and meeting up with Jeff at a minimum of once a week. As a result, Jon has been the most regular source of encouragement and counsel in Jeff's life for the past several years.

Dyann & Sarah met while serving together at the young adults ministry at their church. They connected more while traveling abroad in Europe over New years and then became roommates in 2018! While they were roommates they spent lots of time watching The great british baking show, dancing, and seeing who could prank one another better. If you're looking for a dance party, Dyann is the partner in crime you need, especially when TSwift comes on!

Walter & Jeff met through their community group at Watermark. Walter has been a constant source of encouragement and biblical counsel for Jeff. It's largely because of his counsel that Jeff started dating Sarah in the first place. He set an example of what a life pursing Christ first looks life for Jeff and has remained a good friend after leaving their small group due to marriage.

Cassady & Sarah met back in the summer of 2006 while working together at Sonic. Sarah lived with Cassady, her son Skylar and her dad for almost 3 years; they grew up and survived the 2000's together and have gotten to celebrate many things over their 13 year friendship, such as Cassady's wedding, and the birth of her 3 sons! It was while attending church with Cassady that Sarah started to understand her faith more, decided to get baptized and then fell in the baptismal pool in front of the whole congregation!

Clayton & Jeff met through their community group at Watermark. Soon after the group started Clayton had to step up and lead their small group which he led for several years. Clayton has always been someone Jeff admires in both his character and spiritual life.

Sarah and Mollie met in 2008 when she was a new salon client right before she graduated highschool. They bonded over a love of all things music and Ford Mustangs. Sarah talked Mollie out of quitting PT school so they could move to California, but instead they just moved into an apartment in Dallas together! They lived together for 2 years during that time they had many dance parties, played energy drink pong and watched lots of New Girl!

Justin & Jeff met their freshman year of high school through football. Although they initially challenged each other for various positions on the football team, Justin soon became one of Jeff's closest friends. Justin has always been a someone Jeff has enjoyed conversations with Justin regarding everything from computers to women (neither of which Jeff understands) and Justin has always been readily available to give Jeff advice.

Amber is Sarah's older sister, Sarah doesn't remember when they met because she was a baby. Amber has always taken care of Sarah, wether it was feeding her dinner over countless conversations, sending her recipes that she still messed up or helping her build headboards and sew retreat costumes together! Shout out to her husband Austin for changing Sarah's cracked phone screen 1 billion times. Amber is a one of a kind sister, and now she gets to pass the baton to Jeff!

Kyle & Jeff met in 7th grade. Not only is Kyle one of Jeff's longest running friends but he is also responsible for some of Jeff's favorite memories and stories growing up.

Rachel is Sarah's sister in law, they met when Sarah was 16 and she married Sarah's older brother. They definitely didn't bond over dashboard confessionals music that Sarah played on repeat, but still Rachel has been the best sister in law as she is always down to watch Grease, White Christmas with a good glass of wine or have an 80's power ballad sing off while in the car! Rachel has been a continual soundboard through out the years while helping Sarah navigate family, faith and relationships. She is probably ready to pass the baton too!
