I have already RSVP’d. Can I update my response?

Absolutely. If you need to make any changes, please do so by 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟒 to help us finalize our plans. Simply click the RSVP button on our home page to update your response. We want to be sure we don’t miss anyone you plan to bring.

Where should I stay?

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, conveniently located near the venue. You can reserve a room through the Travel & Stay page on our website using the link to our room block. You’re also welcome to arrange alternative accommodations if that better suits your plans.

Will you provide transportation to and from the venue?

We will 𝐧𝐨𝐭 be providing transportation. We recommend renting a car or carpooling with other guests. There’s a large parking lot available at the venue for those who choose to drive.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I have kids. Can I bring them to the wedding?

Children are welcome! We’ll have yard games available to help keep them entertained, and general security personnel will be onsite. However, please note that childcare will not be provided, so parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. If you plan to bring children, please let us know in advance how many are attending, along with their names and ages, so we can plan accordingly.

I have dietary restrictions. What should I do?

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Since the meal will be served buffet-style, you’ll have the flexibility to choose what works best for you. If you have any concerns about specific dishes, please don’t hesitate to ask our catering staff. They’ll be happy to help you navigate the options safely.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

How do I get to the venue?

If you’re flying into town, we recommend renting a car to drive to the venue. It’s an easy 40-minute drive from downtown Dallas off of Interstate 35E, and there’s a large parking lot on-site. If you’re driving into town, feel free to drive to the site or carpool with other guests. There’s plenty of parking available at the venue.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. We understand it will be very hot in August, so we’ll try to keep the ceremony short and sweet and will provide fans to help keep you cool.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
