Our story began as not many others do. I was a freshman and Jeff was a sophomore at Covina High School. I had the biggest crush on him and finally got him to ask me out on a date. The day of date came and I couldn't be more excited! Unfortunately for me, Jeff texted that afternoon stating that he couldn't go after all. I was so upset and swore that I would never go out with him again.

Fast forward 8 years to 2019. I received a direct message on Instagram from Jeff asking me out. I was hesitant at first, but decided to go. When Jeff picked me up we began catching up like old friends . It was so easy to talk to him and we had such a great time.

5 years later, we decided to say "I do."
