With COVID-19 a threat, we will be requiring proof of vaccine or proof of negative COVID test (taken within 24 hours prior to the wedding). We mention this now as there are many options including at home rapid tests and through your doctor's office and we want to give you ample time to prepare. We have found the same rapid tests used by doctors and pharmacists available over the counter at Walgreens as a 2 pk for ~$20. Feel free to talk to Jeff or Kelly personally with any questions.

Our Wedding

So, you are 29 and you aren’t in college anymore. You don’t work with many people and the idea of meeting someone at a bar at 29 years of age, isn’t the most appealing thing in the world. So where do you go to get a date these days? Online? Let us tell you one thing, online dating is VERY different. But, you know what? It works! Both of us never thought we would meet the person of our dreams on a dating app. Yet, here we are after swiping right on Bumble. And yes Kelly made the first move, sort of. We can agree that we knew pretty quickly after meeting that we were “The One”. Even after 4 months of dating and BAM pandemic, we just grew stronger. With the world in chaos we did so many amazing things! We camped a lot, traveled a little, learned a lot of new things, got a dog together, built a home, and don’t get us started on the never ending list of home improvements projects! But, we love every part of our lives. In fact, we can say that this wedding isn’t the beginning, but the start of the new chapter of the life we always wanted and we couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else.

Casey and Kelly have been friends for over 8 years. They traveled Belize together. Backpacking. For six weeks. You can bet they will be dragging their families along many future adventures together.

Robert has been Jeff’s best friend for over 25 years! Not only have then been friends forever but they maintain a wonderful work relationship as well. Robert’s wife and three kids are his world and he does everything for them. He is so excited for his best friend to have a family of his own.

Tiffanie and Kelly met through friends in college and developed a relationship like no other friendship. They have also been on many adventures, like backpacking to Shi Shi beach and running from wild mountain goats. Though they are far in distance, their friendship remains the same and they look forward for their families growing together.

Vivek and Jeff met in high school when Vivek was an exchange student from India. Vivek tells amazing stories of when Jeff rolled through high school with his speakers blaring. Spoiler: nothing has changed and neither has their great friendship.

Liz and Kelly met as friends through friends and their relationship grew quickly. They have traveled Costa Rica together for Liz’s wedding and share many other camping memories. Liz is one of the most caring people in the world and her friendship with Kelly is irreplaceable.

Bryan and Jeff played sports together through junior high and high school. They have remained friends since sharing interests like fishing and hunting. Jeff helped Bryan marry the love of his life and now it’s Bryan’s turn to do the same!

Bekah and Kelly have been friends for almost 20 years! Even though they lived on different sides of the state during a lot of their adulthood they remained the best of friends.

Tony and Jeff met in junior high when they realized they shared many similar interests. Since then they go fishing, wheeling, and camping together regularly. Tony and Jeff will always be the ones to liven the party.

Char-Day and Kelly met when Kelly was living with one of Char-Day’s best friends. They quickly became friends and share secrets like their love for trashy television. Char-Day has been an amazing friend to Kelly over the years and they both wish they lived closer.

Pat and Jeff were neighbors growing up and although they live a state’s length apart, they have remained great friends over the years. Still to this day, Jeff would be hiding Pat’s prosthetic leg if they lived closer.

Brittney and Kelly met in college where they backpacked together through the Okanogan-Wenatchee Wilderness. Since then they bonded over camping and dirt biking growing and strengthening their friendship.

Justin and Jeff met at the gym and have been friends for over 7 years. Every spring and summer you can find them up in the mountains riding dirt bikes together. Justin even taught Kelly to ride. Now you can find both Justin and Jeffs’ families riding together.

Liz and Kelly have known each other for about 20 years and became friends in high school. They moved to Seattle together when they were 18 and moved back to Spokane together when they were 29. Although their lives took them in different directions, they have remained great friends over the years and share a bond that cannot be broken.

Kaidn is Justin’s son, and from day one Jeff and Kaidn just clicked. Not only does Kaidn look up to Jeff but Jeff also sees himself in Kaidn and admires him. Jeff has enjoyed watching Kaidn become the man he is today and loves watching him thrive in life.

Brooke and Kelly are neighbors that met in 2020. Although their friendship is new, they barely go a day without seeing each other! Their friendship blossomed quickly and strongly and they both could not see their wedding days without the other.

Tyler and Jeff met in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic when Jeff helped Tyler lift a car onto a trailer. They have been neighbors turned friends and there are few days they don’t see each other.

Because Sandpoint is about a 1.5 hour drive from Spokane we recommend staying in Sandpoint the night of the wedding. Below are some options of places to stay.  There is plenty of room in the fields if you want to stay the night at the venue Hickey Farms! Just bring your trailer or tent to set up before the ceremony begins. Let us know if this is what you plan to do so we can get a headcount!  However if camping is not your style I will leave links here for near by hotels and Air BnB’s.
