We will be getting there Friday night for the rehearsal dinner but for most people Saturday is fine. We will be staying at the wedding venue so you can come as early as you like but the ceremony won't start until 4:30pm

Formal/semi-formal is strongly recommended. Please no jeans.

The average temperature for that time of the year is in the high 70's to low 80's, but it gets much colder quickly after the sun sets. Rain is less likely and it's usually very sunny.

Please make a note on your RSVP or contact us. The caterer will make special exceptions for dietary restrictions

Unfortunately we don't have any events/amenities catering to children. We'd prefer if you left them at home though we understand it is not possible in all circumstances.

The reception will end promptly at 9:30pm, at which time all guests that choose to stay must be indoors at the main lodge house. Big Bear City has a noise ordinance that prevents us from being outside after 10pm. We can continue the festivities in there for as long as we wish.

Yes, you're free to leave the property after 10pm, but you MUST close the gate to the ranch behind you and keep noise to a minimum.
