What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins at 4:30 in the afternoon, please plan on arriving between 3:45 and 4:15 in the afternoon.

Where should I sit?

We are so grateful that you are here to share our special day with us! Please choose a seat on either side, leaving the first row for our parents and grandparents.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

If you have a dietary restriction, please leave us a note when you RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

We ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

While we adore children, we are unable to accommodate all children. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.

How do I RSVP?

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2025. If you have any questions, please contact the bride or groom.

What is the dress code?

Please wear your favorite semi-formal attire!

What will the weather be like?

It will be early fall in Placerville, typically reaching between 70-80 degrees in the afternoon and cooling off quickly after sunset.

What should I wear?

With consideration to semi-formal attire, wear what you are most comfortable and confident in! If you are still unsure, we recommend neutrals, fall tones, and your favorite fabric.
