Please be in semi-formal wedding attire.

We will be doing a full open bar for two hours, 5:00-7:00. After that it will open bar for beer, seltzers, and house wine only. Liquor can be purchased.

We want our wedding to be a fun, family event! However, we do ask that you let us know if you will be bringing your kids so we can have the most accurate guest count possible. There is a question when you RSVP to put down your kids.

There will be ample parking at the reception venue. They do ask that if you are NOT staying in the hotel that you park on the Beardmore Event Center side and if you are staying in the hotel that you park on the Courtyard Marriott side.

If the room block says it's full, get in contact with Sam or Jen! The hotel is only releasing so many at a time and we may need to get in contact with the hotel to add more rooms. Room block closes June 12, 2025!

We would really appreciate it if you could RSVP online and give the most accurate count you can. RSVPs are due by June 1st!

Because our reception is attached to a hotel, we will not be providing transportation to guests.
