CHRIS - "Hey :) I really like your bio, it's awesome to hear how much your relationship with Jesus and your family matters to you. I also really like that you're into having fun adventures, think that makes a relationship even more enjoyable getting to go do life and fun activities together to make great memories :) also family game nights are a blast! And its obvious, you're also really beautiful☺️" This one text is what started it all!

Within two weeks we had our first phone call which lasted about 5 and a half hours - little did he know he would talk to me for hours a day on the phone everyday after!

In September we decided it was time to actually meet each other in real life rather than over FaceTime... so I packed up and went to the airport on September 14th, slightly scared out of my mind to meet this super cute boy from Idaho, just to find out my flight was canceled 🤦🏼‍♀️I prayed that if I wasn't supposed to go I wouldn't make it there that day and somehow someway God went "nope I NEED you to meet him!" and got me to Idaho super freaking late that night!

On October 17th I said "I love you" first and kinda sorta not so patiently waited for him to get a clue and say it back lol

Then I waited from September alllllll the way to November 11th for Chris to ask me to officially be his girlfriend AND he said I love you that day all within a couple hours - I melted into a puddle!!

Since that day it's been nothing but all the lovey dovey stuff!

On March 19th on our family spring break trip to Anaheim Chris popped the big question FINALLY haha

It was everything I had hoped for. At woods cove in laguna on the beach with a beautiful set up with my favorite flowers and colored blankets and a bunch of my family there to celebrate!

We did a photoshoot right after he asked me to be his wife with one of my best friends which was so fun!

The whole day was perfect, minus the part where Ian's phone got eaten by the ocean as we were leaving lol 😂😭 somehow while we were in the car on our way to dinner the fishes texted me saying hi lol

We are so thankful God knew what He was doing and so excited for this life He has given us together!! ♡
