Head to the center of Watch Hill. There is free parking along the side of the road for 2hrs (they will ticket you if you stay later), if you're staying longer plan on 20$ at one of the side lots. Once you park, there are free bathrooms along the right side of the carousel. Then head up the hill where Swifty's house is perched(16 bluff ave- black fence with white stone surrounding). Once at the house you will see a narrow path that runs along the left side of the property. Continue down the path towards the water. Along the path along your right side, you will see a high chain link fence surrounding the musical idol's summer home.
