Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, you've heard them all. BUT, have you heard of GroupMe? The common dating apps just weren't cutting it, so being that I (Jen) was a new pharmacist I decided to take a look through the members of my GroupMe chat at work titled "Colorado CVS Pharmacists." I think dating at work is generally frowned upon, but once I saw Zack's photo in the GroupMe chat I decided if it was wrong, I didn't want to be right.

For the next month, I did my research; I reached out to his supervisor, I called his store with questions, I stopped by to borrow supplies. Zack had heard that he had a secret admirer, and despite how obvious all my "coincidental" interactions with him were, he had no idea it was me. Since he wasn't catching on, I knew I was going to have to initiate asking him out, which I had never done (and if you know me well, you would have never expected me to). I ultimately called him at work and asked if he wanted to grab a drink sometime, and a week later we went on our first date.

Zack and I connected instantly over hobbies, our distain for our jobs at the time, and our origins in Pennsylvania. Over the last 3.5 years, we've done some pretty exciting things -- we welcomed our beastly Goldendoodle named Rupe into our family, we bought a house for the aforementioned beastly Goldendoodle, and most recently, we got engaged!!!! Zack asked me to marry him while hiking with friends at Saint Mary's Glacier on August 4th. We took the day to celebrate, and we started planning the wedding August 5th. We are so excited to get married, and more than anything we can't wait to celebrate our marriage with all of our favorite people in one place! We'll see you soon!
