You can fly into Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO). It is recommended to fly into Cancun as transportation to the hotel is easier. The hotel has their own private shuttle from both airports. However, transportation from CUN airport is managed through the travel agency. If you fly into TQO then you will need to arrange through the hotel.

You can try to contact Monica monica@yellowumbrellaevents.com. They will contact the hotel to attempt to get you the room you are interested in or get you into the room block. However, if you miss the room block deadline the rates are not guaranteed.

Dressy casual. We are having a beach feel wedding. Nice shorts and a button down are fine for the guys. Comfortable dresses for the ladies. Flip flops and sandals are fine with us! If heels are your thing, go for it!

Mexico is hot and humid, so be prepared to be sticky for lack of a better term. Temps do not cool down too drastically at night so keep that in mind. The reception will be "indoors" (the walkways to the outside do not actually have doors) and it is air conditioned.

We would like our wedding to remain small and intimate. The names of those invited are listed on the invitations and we cannot accommodate plus ones at this time. If you have a unique situation please contact the couple.

While we adore your children we do ask that you try to keep them at home. We chose a family friendly hotel for those who this is not an option for. Please contact the couple if your children will be attending. We also ask that you be open to hotel babysitting during the wedding as an option.

There are a lot of different adventures that are included in the wedding package. A lot of the excursions and tours recommend hard soled water shoes. Don't forget the sunscreen!
