Uber and Lyft are commonly utilized in the Sarasota area; however, during peak times with heavy traffic, rideshares may be delayed or unavailable. It is common for rideshare drivers to avoid Longboat Key due to heavy traffic.
Local Transportation
Though most of the local transportation in the Sarasota area is not ideal for getting to and from the wedding, it is a stress-free way to explore parts of the coast and downtown Sarasota.
As an alternative to Uber and Lyft, the local rideshare, called Breeze On Demand, includes the venue in their Downtown Sarasota/Lido Key/Longboat Key service zone. So, for anyone staying in select areas of downtown Sarasota, this may be an option.

The 76 Flyer connects travelers from SRQ Airport to hotels in downtown Sarasota. It generally operates from 7 AM to 8:30 PM every day of the year.
