What time is the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm CST in the Century Ballroom at the Adolphus Hotel. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to grab your seat.

What's the dress code?

Black Tie Optional (but encouraged!). For women, think long or mid-length dresses. For men, dark suits or tuxes. Isn’t it fun to get all dressed up every once in a while?

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your kiddos, this is an adult only event. Get that babysitter and have a night out!

Should guests take photos during the ceremony?

No (please)! We would love for you to be present with us and allow our very talented photographer, Kalyn, to take professional photos during the ceremony. Once we hit the dance floor during the reception, all bets are off.

What’s the food and drink situation?

There will be a variety of hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour following the ceremony. We will have a plated dinner served around 7:30pm. Much to our family and friends’ delight, there will also be an open bar during cocktail hour and reception (party time!).

Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?

Yes! The ceremony will take place in the Century Ballroom inside the Adolphus Hotel. Once the ceremony has concluded and we did the damn thing, guests will be escorted by our fabulous Wedding Planner, Crystal, to cocktail hour outside of the ballroom. During that hour, the room will be flipped into our reception space for the evening.

Should I bring my dancing shoes?

Absolutely! We will have a live band that will keep the party alive all night long. Plus, have you ever seen Stephen’s dance moves?

Is there an after party?

Yes! We plan on heading over to the Rodeo Bar (located inside the Adolphus Hotel) once the reception ends. This will be updated if anything changes!
