Uber is Scarce in the area, but there are third party services you can book in advance if you choose not to drive yourself.
Which airport is Closest?
Tijuana Airport. Once arrived, it is recommended to rent a car or book a shuttle service to Valle de Guadalupe which is about 45-1hr depending on traffic.
