You are welcome to stay anywhere in Charleston or Folly Beach. We have 10 rooms held at The Tides hotel for anyone who would like to stay there. Information below is for how to book one of those rooms.

Guests will need to contact the hotel directly to secure their rooms under the block. They are welcome to call, 888-528-0730, or e-mail the reservations department, res@tidesfollybeach.com, and reference the Vela/Kukla to reserve their hotel rooms. Guests are also welcome to book their rooms via the following direct link: https://reservations.travelclick.com/111875?groupID=4260852 Rooms must be reserved under the block by the cut-off date, 5/17/25, in order for the group rate to be honored. Any rooms remaining under the block on the cut-off date will be released without penalty.

At the time of booking individuals will need to provide a valid credit card. A deposit for the first night’s room and tax is automatically processed 72 hours prior to arrival. If a guest would like to change the card after booking/before the deposit is processed they will need to contact the hotel and do so at least 4 days prior to arrival. Should a guest need to change or cancel their reservation they will need to do so at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours of arrival the deposit for the first night’s room and tax is non-refundable.
