The Ceremony will be up the mountain about half way. To get there, guests will all take the chairlift! It takes about 7 min and runs safe, slow and smooth. If you are thinking “no way I’m doing that”, the venue is providing SUV’s to drive up to the ceremony location. If you are going that route, I would get there at least 45min early just in case the cars fill up.

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate we request no children at the wedding.

We want to make sure everyone can have a safe carefree time at our celebration. We require our guests to be vaccinated or provide a negative covid test a maximum of 72 hours before the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and please don't hesitate to reach out with any further questions.

Unless specified on the invitation with a +1 we are asking to not have any additional guests invited.

On the website we have a link to the hotel, condos, and Airbnb accommodations. If you are staying only one night, The inn at Solitude is available. If you would like to book more than one night, Powderhorn Lodge, Eagle Springs Lodge West, or the Eagle Springs Lodge East becomes available. Note: Book through the website to receive the discount.

Dress code is dressy-casual. The venue is outside and we want you to be comfortable but feel free to dress up however much you would like.

Salt Lake City International Airport is 45 minutes from the resort.

Weather in Big Cottonwood Canyon in August is typically between 75-85 degrees where in the valley it can be in the 90's. The wedding venue is in Big Cottonwood Canyon and will cool down in the evening. The wedding festivities will be primarily outside.
