Jena and I met in our junior year at the University of Minnesota on a blind date set up by our mutual friend and officiant Maddie. We quickly formed a strong connection which led us to going on fun dates such as playing mini putt putt at Can-Can Wonderland, going for walks on the Stone Arch Bridge, and visiting the Arboretum in the fall. With each date, I fell more and more in love with her addicting energy and desire to try every ice cream place in Minnesota. Eventually, this led to our first trip together to New Orleans where we got to experience tours through the bayou and amazing Creole food. We have taken many trips since then and I can’t wait for the many more we will take in the future. I’m so excited to marry Jena in September and I’m looking forward to celebrating with everyone there.
