Is there an open bar?

Yes! Drinks are on us!

Is there a shuttle/transportation service?

Yes! We will have shuttles running on a continuous loop for 3 hours prior to the ceremony and 3 hours after the reception. If you prefer, you can park at the hotel prior to the ceremony and the shuttle service can drive you to the venue. After the reception, the shuttle service can take you back to the hotel where you can either: retrieve your car, continue the party, and/or head to your room.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately guests are limited to addressed individuals only and additional guests are not permitted. The venue has a limit on how many guests are allowed in the space so if your invitation did not specify a guest, we regret to inform you that you cannot bring one.

Can I bring my kids?

No. Although we love children, no one under the age of 21 is permitted at the wedding. We have already let the venue know that all guests are 21 and older since there is an open bar.

Can we reserve a room for the night of the wedding?

Yes! There is a dedicated wedding room block listed in the link "travel" above. The hotel is The Westin located in Mount Laurel off of Rt. 73 and Fellowship Rd. If you would like to book a room for either November 14th and/or November 15th, you can do so using the direct Marriott link found on that page.

Can I do an early check-in at the hotel?

Yes! We spoke to the hotel coordinator who let us know that an early check-in was possible, you would just need to request an early check-in when you make your reservation.

Can I stay at the hotel for more than one night if I'm out of state?

Yes! We spoke to the hotel coordinator who let us know this was possible. Guests would need to reach out to her directly after making your reservation and she can extend it for you at the group rate so long as the rooms are available. The direct contact would be: Sarah DeMirjian 856-793-3622 sdemirjian@westinmtlaurel.com

The hotel website is saying there are no more rooms left.. What do I do?

We have reserved a specific amount of rooms through the hotel to start. If you are getting a notification that rooms are no longer available within that wedding block, please reach out to either Jenai or Kyle directly so we can reach out to the hotel and request additional rooms be added to our block.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem! When you fill out your dinner response, please indicate your restrictions and we will submit that along with your entree choice.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Weather permitting, but yes! Our anticipation is to have the ceremony outside, however, if the weather does not permit for that, the venue will move the ceremony to an enclosed location on site. The enclosed location will have heaters, but regardless of location, we advise everyone to dress accordingly for November.

What is the attire?

Great question! Formal wedding attire. Although the venue is a farm, the attire is still considered formal (i.e., suit, dresses, etc.). Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outside on the grass and we will be providing heel stoppers, but take into account the ground as you decide on your shoes.

Is there an after party?

Although there is no formal "after party", the hotel has a bar called Bar 555 that remains opens until 2:00 AM. Guests are welcome to join us there after the reception. Please keep in mind that the food/drinks purchased at this time are cash bar. There may be a way for guests to add it to their room (don't quote us on that), however, guests attending Bar 555 will be responsible for their own food/beverages. Guests are able to order off of the bar menu and the kitchen will do last call for food at 12:30 AM.

We see your honeymoon fund is your top gift on your registry.. Where are you going on your honeymoon?

IRELAND! November 18th-29th we will be venturing to Ireland. While there, we will be going to Dublin, Galway, Donegal, and Killarney. Any contribution to the honeymoon fund will be used towards adventures while there. Sláinte!

Is the venue handicap accessbile?

Yes! The reception is on the second floor so be prepared to climb a few steps or take the convenient elevator. Please keep in mind that the bathrooms and bar are located on the first floor just below where the cocktail hour will take place.

What color is your bridal party wearing?

Our groomsmen are wearing olive green and our bridesmaids are wearing champagne.
