Cocktail hour will start at 4:30 pm and the reception will start at 5:30 pm.

The ceremony will take place outdoors at 3rd & Co. and will be officiated by one of the pastors from Grace Community Church. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. If it happens to rain, it will be indoors.

As much as we love you and your children, this will be an 18 and up event.

We will have a limited pre-paid tab paid by the host. When the tab reaches its limit, it will then become a cash bar. The venue provides beer, wine and champagne to celebrate.

Yes at the Courtyard Marriot located in Middletown, NY. You can book your room on this website under the tab “travel”. The code to book a room is PZW and the cut off date to book a room is May 1st. A round trip shuttle will be provided and will depart from the hotel at 3:30 pm and pick guest up at the venue at 9:45 pm. Plan accordingly.
