The best airport to fly into is the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), where you can use the Air Train to connect to public transit around Long Island and NYC. You can transfer to the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) at Jamaica Station to get to both Long Island or Manhattan. It is also possible to fly into La Guardia (LGA) but this has less accessibility to public transit. We do not recommend flying into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) as it is difficult to get to NYC and Long Island from there.
