Like many great modern love stories, ours started with a swipe on Bumble. Our first date was at Frankie Martin’s, where we hit it off instantly. I refused to let him pay (a moment he still teases me about), and when the weather got too cold, we ended up sitting in the car for hours just talking. From that night on, we were pretty much inseparable.

Our relationship grew through busy schedules and big milestones — including finishing nursing school while working full-time, something I truly couldn’t have done without Jake’s constant support. Somewhere along the way, Jake bought a house and invited me — and my cats — to move in. He likes to say I’m a great roommate, and I like to agree.

Over the years we’ve built a life full of memories: road trips and plane rides, Punta Cana for a friend’s 30th, a birthday trip to Kentucky that kicked off Jake’s love of bourbon, float trips, holidays, and countless family gatherings.

We’d already decided to elope to Glacier National Park in the fall of 2025 — and in true "us" fashion, we had the date, photographer, flights, Airbnb, and PTO all lined up before the engagement. Jake popped the question at home, in front of our fur babies, and it was perfectly us.

We officially said “I do” in the mountains 10/14/2025 — and now we’re excited to celebrate with all of you in St. Peters, Missouri, in the spring of 2026!
