For guests flying in: You can fly in to Denver International Airport or Yampa Valley Regional Airport just outside of Steamboat. Steamboat is about a 3 1/2 hour drive from the Denver airport.


Transportation: There will be a shuttle service to and from the wedding ceremony/reception site, which is located about 20 minutes outside of Steamboat. Pickup at Wells Fargo on Lincoln Ave at 3:30 pm to take you to the venue. Drop offs from the venue back into town will begin at 9 pm until midnight.


Accommodations: There is a room block reserved at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas. There are also plenty of other hotels, AirBnBs, and VRBOs available in the area.
