We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is classy casual attire. FOR THE LADIES: We recommend sundresses or day dresses, a nice jumpsuit or romper, a trendy suit or fun trousers with a pretty blouse, a fun cocktail dress, flats or comfortable heels/ wedges. FOR THE GUYS: We recommend slacks, khakis, or nice jeans. It’s probably going to be hot so nice shorts are acceptable. A button down or a nice polo shirt. Clean shoes. We’re dressing up so why not join in the fun? No need to dress as fancy as we are, but don’t you want to look nice in pictures with us?📸😁

Dear loved ones, Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We aren’t young newlyweds just beginning our adult lives. We’re pretty well set on all household necessities. Therefore, we won’t be setting up a gift registry. If you would like to honor us with a gift we will graciously accept cards of well wishes. And if those cards contain a little something to help us pay for a honeymoon we won’t complain.😉🥰

There is parking at The Riverhouse. When that is full there is additional parking across the street. There will be someone at the entrance to give you a parking pass. There is NO free parking at the park adjacent to The Riverhouse. If you park in the lot at the park without paying you could be ticketed at your expense.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm so that you have time to park, greet familiar faces, and get settled into your seats.

As much as we’d love to party with you all into the wee hours, the last song of the evening will play just before 10pm.

Edgewater Inn is right next door to the venue. Lots of Airbnb options nearby. There is a Best Western in White City (a 20 minute drive to The Riverhouse). Resort at Eagle Point Golf Club (a 17 minute drive to The Riverhouse). Maple Leaf Motel in Shady Cove. Riverfront Lodging in Shady Cove. For those with RVs, the Rogue River RV Park in Shady Cove is just across the highway from the venue (they have cabins too!).

Southern Oregon has so much beautiful natural scenery to experience and so many ways to experience it too. From hiking to rafting, fishing, enjoying a glass of wine at one of the many vineyards in the area, walking through historical downtown Jacksonville soaking in the old timey vibes and exploring the many little shops, cheese tasting at Rogue Creamery in Central Point home of “The world’s best cheese!”, exploring Ashland home to the world famous Shakespeare Festival, take a thrilling ride down the Rogue River with Hellgate Jetboat Excursions, and so much more.
