Little did they know that they were destined to be each other's 'One.'

Let's rewind to Rivington and Blackrod High School in June 2012. Several encounters in the corridor, attendance at numerous athletics competitions, and shared friends—Jenna and Aaron were initially unaware of each other's existence. However, Aaron's attention was eventually captivated by the quirky natural blonde in the year below, who intentionally dyed her hair ginger.

After a few weeks, Aaron mustered the courage to send Jenna a friend request on Facebook. For the Gen Z's present, there was a time when updating a status with 'Like for a You're The One' was a popular pastime. For the older folks in the room (apologies), I've included a picture.

Unbeknownst to them that evening, Jenna had embarked on her very own romantic comedy. Aaron came across her status and clicked the like button. Jenna's heart skipped a beat when she saw the notification pop up. It marked the first time a 'fit older lad from school' had interacted with her—a scene reminiscent of Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging when Georgia encounters Sex God Robbie from the year above, inducing a Nervy B (nervous breakdown for the older crowd).

Fast forward a few weeks to the summer holidays. Following a first date up Rivington Pike and a first kiss in Station Park, a summer romance blossomed. The two best friends quickly transitioned to being boyfriend and girlfriend—August 17, 2012, made it official!

Jenna and Aaron literally grew up together, facing tests such as GCSEs, A levels, first jobs, and driving tests. Every milestone, they conquered together.

Over a decade passed, and they finally established a home at Derwent Close. Soon after, their beloved furry friend, Mr. Chops, entered their lives and left an indelible mark on their hearts like no other. Jenna and Aaron have built a beautiful life and home together, forever remaining each other's 'One and Only.'
