As we celebrate this joyful season, our hearts are with all those affected by the recent floods in the Texas Hill Country. This land holds deep meaning for so many, and we are profoundly grateful to share its beauty with you.

After much prayer and reflection, we made the heartfelt decision to move forward with our wedding at Camp Waldemar. Supporting the dedicated camping communities of Texas is not only a priority for us—it’s a commitment we hold for future generations.

We are reminded of the words in Psalm 30:5:

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”

Even in challenging times, we rest in God’s promise of hope and renewal.

It means the world to us to be surrounded by loved ones beneath the cypress trees as we begin our life together.
