This is our favorite trail that has the most shade and the best water access. It is not a trail that loops but it does have a large parking area on both sides of the street and easy to get to if you wanted something fun to do and see the beautiful side of Columbia while visiting. This has been such a special place for nick and I and I hope you truly enjoy it as much as we do.

Columbia's downtown street market - open every Saturday morning (9AM-1PM) year-round, rain or shine. Free parking throughout Columbia on the weekends (no matter what you see on signs and stickers) including the Cannon Garage on Taylor Street between Main Street and Sumter Street. Great way to spend your morning -- and if you're from out of town a perfect way to see our city as the creative class, international, and bustling community we are!

The Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is a 170-acre zoo, aquarium, and botanical garden located along the Saluda River in Columbia, South Carolina, United States. A small portion of the zoo extends into the nearby city of West Columbia.
