Yes! Birchwood Meadows offers a large parking lot right outside the facility!

The dress code is “casual”. Please read the description below for a better understanding, provided by brides.com: “Casual attire will typically indicate that the wedding is being held outdoors or on the beach, meaning the event will be much more laid-back. With that said, jeans, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts and flip-flops are absolutely not appropriate unless specified by the couple. Women can wear a summer sundress or a floral patterned mini, with wedges or dressy sandals. Men should choose to wear dress pants or khakis paired with a collared shirt, with the option to also style their look with a tie or sports jacket.”

Of course! We want everyone to enjoy their night, no matter what your drink preference is.

If the weather permits, the wedding ceremony will be held outside at Birchwood Meadows. But, we know we live in the lovely state of Ohio, so there is a backup plan to have an indoor ceremony if the forecast is questionable.

We would highly encourage guests to “unplug” during the wedding ceremony and enjoy the moment. Photos will be shared at a later date.

The ceremony will be at 5pm, please do not arrive more than 30 minutes beforehand

Please do NOT wear white. Our wedding colors are green and gold so I suggest a different color so you don’t clash with the decor.
