We advise all guests to please arrive around 12:30 to secure a parking spot in the grass lot, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00PM. This is a public location, our time slot begins at 12:00, but will continue to remain open for visitors passing through.

There will be two photographers and a videographer at the ceremony. We ask that you please respect our request to unplug.

This will be a business casual event. Please consider bringing a comfortable pair of dancing shoes while keeping in mind that the ceremony and part of the reception will be outside.

The ceremony will be located at the cross on the hill in Weedeville, PA. The location is slightly past where the GPS will bring you. Signs will provide further direction. Please wear comfortable shoes. Ushers will assist with parking. There will be both seating and standing areas.

If it is anything but a light sprinkle, the ceremony will be moved to the reception hall at the Elk Country Visiting Center.

We encourage everyone to celebrate in the moment and snap a photo or two! A cocktail hour will follow the ceremony while the bridal party and family take a few photos. Followed by a BBQ style buffet dinner, drinks, lawn games, and dancing.

Unfortunately there are no local shuttle services or ubers in the area. We ask everyone to please plan ahead and drink responsibly.

Unfortunately, the local hotels do not provide room-blocking services. Under the travel page is a list of local hotels, cabins, and lodges in close proximity to both venues. We recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Yes, kids are included in the seats reserved per family, please RSVP accordingly.

Gifts are not required we value your presence and love more than anything. Due to the distance of our home in SC and direct departure to the honeymoon we please ask that all physical gifts are mailed directly to our address. If you feel inclined we provided a few options under our registry tab to contribute towards excursions to help Channing and I make memories that will last a lifetime on our honeymoon.
