Our Wedding

<p>We knew each other in high school, and have always had mutual friends. However, we didn’t get to really know each other until years later. Due to Covid, our first date was over FaceTime watching peaky blinders together and laughing so much we would miss what was going on in the show. This became a nightly routine of ours until we were finally able to see each other in person again. We were busy adults balancing work, school, and navigating life through a pandemic. Through all of that we always put each other first and didn’t take long for us to know we both found our person. <br>We started making Mackinac Island our summer trip every year and it soon became one of our favorite places. Last summer, we finally did the horse and carriage tour I have been looking forward to. We stopped at arch rock and had exactly 6 minutes to be back to our tour guide. In those 6 minutes Jack got down on one knee (I don’t remember the rest I was crying so hard) and I said yes to marrying my best friend. 5 years of love, laughs, adventures, and many walks with our bubba later, we couldn’t be more excited to say I do to forever with all of our family and friends by our side. ❤️</p>
