Shuttle
A shuttle is available to transport guests too and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will go to both hotels in Niles, MI.
If you plan to take the shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn , please be in the lobby to board by 3:45 pm.
Hampton Inn Niles
All group reservations must be made by May 17, 2024. If you make a reservation after this date, you will not get the group rate. There are several ways to secure a room in the block:
1. Call the hotel at 269.684.1446, and if a recording begins, press zero for the operator. Ask to make a reservation within the block. I was told this is generally the easiest way, although if the front desk agent is busy or otherwise indisposed they might not answer.
2. Call 1.800.HILTONS (1.800.445.8667) and let the operator make the reservation, making sure you tell them Niles MICHIGAN (there are multiple Niles out there) and giving the GUW code.
3. Go online at www.hilton.com and put Niles, Michigan into the “Where to” window. Enter the dates, click on “Special Rate,” then enter the custom code “GUW” in the “Group Code” window. Click on close and your rate should pop up.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Niles
All group reservations must be made by May 13, 2024. If you make a reservation after this date, you will not get the room rate. There are two ways to reserve your room:
1. Click the link below to choose your room.
2. Call the hotel at (269) 684-0300. Let them know you are booking a room for the Greiner-Upston Wedding.
Other Hotels
Our hotel blocks are located in rural Niles, MI, very close to both our wedding venue and rehearsal dinner venue.
If you are looking for a more lively area, you may want to consider staying near St. Joseph, MI or South Bend, IN. These areas have a wider range of things to do. However, please note that we ONLY have group rates and shuttle service at the two Niles hotels.
