We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help us in planning events accordingly. The deadline to RSVP is June 13th. If you haven't RSVP'd by this date you will automatically be marked as unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you but are required to provide our vendors with a guest count ahead of time! We ask that you please RSVP for each event that is included on your invitation!

The ceremony will begin right at 4:30. We suggest that guests arrive at 4:00 to ensure that we can start on time. We will have transportation to take guests from the UpValley Inn to Solage!

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one they will be included on your invite when you RSVP!

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer that will be there for the ceremony.

The wedding day dress code is formal. Ladies, please wear your favorite full length or tea length gowns. Men, please wear suits. The dress codes for other wedding events will be listed on your RSVP.

We suggest booking hotels/Vrbo's as soon as possible as the Napa area gets very busy during September. It is a good idea to keep monitoring flights and book at least few months in advance.

We have a hotel block at the UpValley Inn, which is where buses will pick up for the wedding day transportation. We suggest staying here or at one of the hotels listed under the list of Calistoga accommodations under the travel tab. If you have access to your own transportation or are wanting to explore more of Napa Valley, Saint Helena is 15 minutes away and is home to many wineries as well. We have listed some hotel options for both Saint Helena and Calistoga.

There are a few options of airports to fly into listed under the travel tab: San Francisco, Sacramento, and Sonoma County Airport. Sonoma County Airport is the closest to Calistoga, although it is smaller so we would suggest booking flights sooner rather than later. There are shuttles/car services offered from these airports to the Napa area.
