Robert and Jenna met in January 2016 at an Oregon Ducks hockey game and immediately hit it off. That February, the two went on their first date. Robert took Jenna to a very fancy dinner at Panera Bread before going to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Through the magic of broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, the two became inseparable and made things official on February 21, 2016.

During college, Robert and Jenna worked together at BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse, attended as many Ducks sporting events as possible, and took advantage of movies being $8 in Eugene by seeing nearly every movie that came out in theaters (Good or bad. Have you ever heard of the movie, Rock Dog? They saw it twice). In 2019, they added a member to their tiny family. Winston, the not-so-mini Australian Shepherd, kept them on their toes in their 550 square foot apartment.

After graduating college, Robert, Jenna, and Winston moved to San Diego. It was the perfect combination of being warm enough weather for Southern California native, Jenna, and being close enough to the water for Northern California native, Robert. After enduring being essential workers during the pandemic, they both secured desk jobs and though they no longer work at the same company for the first time in their relationship, they still work right next to each other at home.

On June 3, 2023, Robert proposed to Jenna and she said yes! We cant wait to celebrate with all of you on June 21, 2024!
