Additional Information For Your Stay

Attire:

Thursday night Welcome Dinner attire aligns with what you would wear out for a fun dinner.

Ladies: Note that most of the wedding events will take place on cobblestone or grass. Please choose your footwear with this in mind.

Men: For the wedding on Friday, suits are encouraged, ties are not. Feel free to even unbutton a few shirt buttons!

Ironing: The rooms DO NOT have irons. The hacienda can iron or steam any articles of clothing for you at a cost. The price list will be hanging in your closet. Contact reception and they will send a person to your room to pick up your clothes and then when you are back in your room later in the day you can call to have them drop it back off. They will request payment in cash (pesos) for this service.

Suggested Tips: Bellhop ($2.50 USD/50 pesos) and housekeeper ($5 USD/100 pesos per day). Tips for bar and restaurant are appreciated at 10%. If you pay for your food/drink with a credit card, let your waiter know to add the tip BEFORE he runs your credit card.

Cash/Pesos: There is no ATM at the Hacienda. We suggest you have 700 pesos on hand to cover tips for the bellhop, maid and pressing clothes.

Water: Do not drink the tap water. Water will be provided for you in your rooms. Additional water is available for purchase from the lobby boutique or the restaurant.

Boutique: There is an onsite convenience store open between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM with items including sunscreen, bug spray, gum, toothpaste, snacks, OTC medications, chapstick, feminine hygiene products and more.

When you check in, provide your credit card to open a voucher. This gives you the convenience of charging items directly to your room during your stay. When you check out, you will be presented with copies of the receipts that were billed directly to your room.
