However, there are also three hotels next to the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn and a bed and breakfast next to the venue parking lot. WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY? We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 9th WILL A SHUTTLE BE PROVIDED FROM THE HOTELS? Yes, we will be providing shuttle service to and from the venue the Holiday Inn. Details about shuttle times coming soon. WHAT ARE OTHER TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS? Uber/Lyft are very limited in South Haven. You are welcome to park your car overnight at the venue and pick it up before 9:30 AM on Sunday. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? We kindly ask that you dress in an elevated cocktail to formal attire WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Pending weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to take place outside on the property of the Black River Barn. The dinner and reception will take place in the air-conditioned barn. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY? We ask that you kindly arrive no earlier than 30 min to the ceremony and no later than 5 minutes before (start time 4 PM)
