The ceremony is currently outdoors. However, it may be moved inside if the weather is not ideal. The cocktail hour will take place outside covered by a tent with heaters if necessary. The dinner and reception will take place inside the barn for the comfort of our guest.

As we currently reside in the beloved state of Pennsylvania, with the help of all my powers and even a crystal ball, I can't answer this question. Over the last few years, November has been 65 degrees and sunny or 15 degrees and a foot of snow. My advice? Watch the weather on the days leading up to the wedding. Maybe bring a coat? Farmers Almanac predicts sunny skies with a high of 59 degrees if that helps :p

As much as we love seeing your little ones, we ask you to enjoy the night yourself and leave the little ones at home. You deserve it! Must be 21+ to attend

Guests can take a seat starting at 4:00 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Any guests who are not seated by that time cannot attend the ceremony and will have to wait in their car or the parking lot of the venue. Please consider time for parking.

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. Guests will be asked to silence their phones and put them away for the ceremony before we begin. We have hired a lovely photographer who will take photos for you. Once the ceremony is over you may take photos as you wish! If posted on social media make sure to add our hashtags #LoveAtForresterSight and #FellForForrester

The dress code will be formal cocktail attire. Keep in mind the weather for it will be the start of November. Please no jeans, sweats, or shorts. Avoid wearing white as well. Bringing a coat may also be in the best interest. Coat racks will be provided.

Duh! However, please be respectful and manage your alcohol intake. Any guest that becomes too intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately. There will also be a lot of photos taken and you'll have to put up with an unhappy bride. Not a risk you should be willing to take :P

Great question! On your wedding invitation, you will have your name on the front. If there is a +1 beside it, then yes, you get a plus one. Not everyone has a plus one due to limited space at the venue. If you do not have a +1 beside your name but would like to request one, please reach out to us and I'll see if we have room but I cannot guarantee we can. It never hurts to ask! P.S. Invitations are due by September 20th! :)

As a guest of our wedding, you may walk the Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens on the day of the wedding for free! Just let them know you are a wedding guest that day. The hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please remember that seating for the ceremony starts at 4:00pm
