Garrett and Jenna actually met before college began on the Gardner-Webb Instagram welcome page- a page Jenna actually ran! She reached out to him on snapchat just trying to make friends and well, the rest is history!

They met offically the first day of college and began dating about a month later on September 25th, 2020 after meeting Jenna's parents for the first time.

Through four years of college, the pair fell further in love and began to look forward to a life together. Navigating nursing school and D1 swimming was no easy task. The couple persevered and supported each other through it all.

After graduating, Garrett began his plan to propose doing it in an escape room on November 17th 2024. The couple now plans to tie the knot on August 23rd 2025 surrounded by friends and family!
