Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

While we love your little ones, only children in the wedding party will be invited to attend. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, a suit and tie, or a sports coat.

The Biltwell has over three hundred parking spaces to pick from with complementary valet parking. This is completely free and you are able to leave your car overnight if you have too much fun at the bar!

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis Downtown-Convention Center Area, this hotel is conveniently located near the venue! If you are interested in booking a room you may access this via our wedding website, the reservation is under "Nesta-Sowash Wedding". You have until October 15th, 2024 to make this reservation.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight downstairs to Gallery 1922, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages during a cocktail hour.

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving hors d’oeuvres accompanied by a cash bar!

During the reception, we will be having a sit-down dinner! You will be able to choose your dinner when you RSVP for the wedding. If you have any dietary restrictions please make sure you include this when filling out your choices for dinner!
