While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration! We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional but it is encouraged. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.

Yes! Please bring cash if you would like to indulge in alcoholic beverages. There will be a toonie bar, with a ticket system, which enables you to buy multiple tickets at a time with a bill, rather than needing to worry about spare change weighing you down! Alcohol free drinks, including pop, water and juice will be free.

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you and "a guest', you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. We thank you for your understanding!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to mingle with other guests before the "I do's"!

There will be a shuttle service available from the Pomeroy Inn and Suites in Olds to Willow Lane Barn. The shuttle will run before the ceremony from 2-3pm, and then begin again at 8pm until 1am. There is parking available at the venue. Vehicles are welcome to be parked at the venue overnight and picked up the next morning.

Unfortunately due to not having event at the hotel in Old's, we were not able to reserve a block of rooms for our guests. We encourage you to book a room early at the Pomeroy Inn and Suites. Camping is not available at the venue, however there is a campground in Old's called the "Hedges Lions Campground".

Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and dance will all be held at Willow Lane Barn.
