We love all your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only, except for a few close children in the family. If your children are invited, they will be listed on the RSVP on the invitation sent. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself!

Due to limited numbers, plus ones are extended specifically to those listed on each RSVP on the invitations. If your invitation lists a “plus one” or has several names, we warmly welcome you to bring them along to celebrate our special day!

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors with A/C and open doors. Our cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Bring a jacket, it may get a little chilly in the evening!

Yes! There is plenty of parking available.

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date given on the invitation, it will be marked as a "No". We will surely miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide a total guest count for our caterers and venue shortly before the wedding. We encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible after receiving your invitation!

During cocktail hour, we will have some small appetizers available. For dinner, we will be having a buffet-style BBQ along with Nothing Bundt Cakes for guests to enjoy for dessert! Our amazing venue is allowing us to do BYOB for drinks, NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED! So bring your coolers! We will, however, be providing tea, water, & sodas for non-alcoholic beverage options.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to park and find a seat.

Please use the address listed on the invitation, also located on our homepage. It is 773 SH-70 Roby, TX 79543. The venue is located to the right off SH-70. There is another address that pops up in maps that will take you all the way into Roby, haha!

PLEASE visit our "travel + hotels" tab on our website. We have listed several hotels that are located in Sweetwater, about 15 minutes from the venue, and are available for booking rooms.

We would love if our guests dressed up!! Our wedding will be “western formal”, but still pretty laid back. Jeans and boots + a suit jacket is fine!
